As a content creator, I know firsthand what it’s like to spend way too much time on Instagram.
Recently, I realized I hadn’t gone a day without social media in over a year.
I decided to delete the app for 2 weeks, and it turned into a 2 and a half-month hiatus.
From my own experience, I gathered telltale signs of needing to take some time away from Instagram in order to preserve your mental health.
